About these terms

These terms apply to purchases and design services from Brand Badger, based in Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada. Contact us at hellobrandbadger@gmail.com with questions before ordering.

Orders and payment

Self-build customers pay for the badge package selected at checkout. Saving a design or uploading artwork does not place a paid order. Payment is required before a submission enters our review queue. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Custom design services

The $150 CAD custom-design retainer includes one concept using your existing branding, custom shape and dimensions, two revision rounds, and a digital proof. The $150 CAD custom-design fee is credited toward the final invoice. Physical prototypes and badge production are quoted separately. Additional design work is quoted before proceeding. The retainer becomes non-refundable once design work begins.

Artwork and proof approval

Only submit logos, text and artwork that you own or have permission to use. You authorize Brand Badger to use submitted materials to prepare your design, proof and ordered products. Please check spelling, phone numbers, website addresses, layout and colours carefully when approving your proof. Production requires your proof approval and the applicable production payment.

The online editor provides a design preview. Screen colours, lighting and apparent depth may differ from the finished printed badge. Fine details and printable features are reviewed before production; any proposed changes are presented for approval.

Timing and shipping

We will contact you within five business days after receiving your paid order or custom-design retainer. Production depends on order volume and queue position, with no guaranteed start or completion date. Shipping transit time is separate. Express shipping does not accelerate production. Cancellations and refunds

Orders cancelled before printing starts receive a full refund, except that the custom-design retainer is non-refundable once design work begins. Cancellations and change-of-mind refunds are unavailable once printing starts. Damaged, defective or incorrect orders are reviewed separately. See our refund policy.

Privacy and hosting

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify and service providers process information needed to operate the store, handle payments and fulfil orders. Submitted information may be processed in other countries. See our privacy policy and Shopify privacy policy for information about data use and available privacy rights.
